Access and Property Conditions

By scheduling services with us, you represent that:

• You are the property owner or have authority to authorize work on the property
• You will provide reasonable access to the property and a water source on the day of service
• You will disclose any known hazards, fragile surfaces, or areas requiring special attention prior to service
• You will secure or remove any items (vehicles, furniture, decorations, pets) from work areas before our arrival

Surface Suitability

We use professional judgment and industry-standard methods to select the appropriate cleaning technique for each surface. However, some surfaces — including aged, damaged, improperly installed, or previously compromised materials — may not be suitable for cleaning. We will advise you of any concerns we identify before beginning work. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces that were already in a deteriorated or compromised condition prior to our arrival.

Results

While we take pride in delivering thorough, professional results, we do not guarantee the complete removal of every stain, discoloration, or biological growth. Factors outside our control — including surface age, porosity, prior damage, the type of staining, and previous treatments — can affect results. We will communicate honestly about expectations before beginning any job.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. Circumstances beyond our control — including weather, equipment issues, or prior job delays — may occasionally require rescheduling. We will notify you as early as possible if a schedule change is necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of your quote
• Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or referral to a collections process

6. Limitation of Liability
